About Us

Our roots are in waterproofing and building exteriors. Our team includes multiple disciplines: field technicians, testing experts, and project managers. Paragon is based in Michigan, and we primarily focus on the East Coast of th United States, but travel extensively.

Our founder, John D'Annunzio, started as a building envelope consultant in 1987.John has completed over one-thousand roof and building exterior investigations for Fortune 500 Companies, Architects, Schools, Universities and Municipal Buildings throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe.  In addition, he has provided consulting for the Peoples Republic of China and material manufacturers in Europe and Japan.
